Job Details

Completed degree in business, engineering, technology, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in digital product management.
Experience ideally within logistics, e-commerce, or fast-scaling tech environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum.
Experience working closely with development teams.
Highly skilled in defining and tracking product metrics such as funnels, cohorts, churn, and NPS.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL, Power BI, or Looker is considered a strong plus.
Certifications in product management, Agile, or data analytics are valued advantages.
Experience in scale-up environments is a valued advantage.

Follow and support product development with engineering teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business and market needs.
Define, monitor, and analyze key product KPIs such as adoption, retention, engagement, churn, and overall business impact.
Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify opportunities and propose data-driven product improvements.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align product metrics with growth objectives and go-to-market strategies.
Design and execute product growth and operational efficiency strategies within logistics and e-commerce contexts.
Run A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of new features and product changes.
