Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner
- Strong background in utilizing metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to drive decision-making and measure product success
- Strong knowledge of the process involved in building SaaS products
- Familiarity with Agile Software development methodologies and practices
- Product Support Knowledge – understand the importance and process of evaluating and prioritizing product support issues to a development team
- Project/Outsource Management Knowledge – understand the process of successful project management to meet deliverables on time and on budget
- Product Management Knowledge – understand the product management processes, including requirements gathering and user story writing
- Experience in the overall architecture of software applications for products and solutions
- Experience with contemporary SDLC tools similar to our adopted choices of Jira, GitHub, Travis CI, Zendesk, etc.
- Excellent Communicator – Able to facilitate meetings and present findings clearly, articulating with stakeholders to obtain buy-in
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Product / User Interface Design Skills – working knowledge of best practices from human factors and usability perspective a plus
- Zeal to pursue perfection from yourself, your customer(s), your team, and your product
- Energetic with a good, positive attitude
- Quick learner and excellent team player
- Forensic attention to detail
Responsibilities
