Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization strategies
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Ability to translate campaign data into clear insights and strategic recommendations
- Familiarity with additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or CRM tools like Go High Level is a plus
- Basic design awareness or experience with tools like Canva is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms, ensuring alignment with client KPIs
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, conversions, and overall performance
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced, performance-driven agency setting
- Communicate directly with clients, providing performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations
- Analyze campaign data and generate clear, actionable reports to support decision-making and transparency
- Collaborate with internal design and marketing teams to improve creative effectiveness and campaign results
- Support expansion into additional advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other emerging channels
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality campaign execution while maintaining strong client satisfaction and retention
