  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization strategies
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Ability to translate campaign data into clear insights and strategic recommendations
  • Familiarity with additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or CRM tools like Go High Level is a plus
  • Basic design awareness or experience with tools like Canva is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms, ensuring alignment with client KPIs
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, conversions, and overall performance
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced, performance-driven agency setting
  • Communicate directly with clients, providing performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations
  • Analyze campaign data and generate clear, actionable reports to support decision-making and transparency
  • Collaborate with internal design and marketing teams to improve creative effectiveness and campaign results
  • Support expansion into additional advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other emerging channels
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality campaign execution while maintaining strong client satisfaction and retention
