Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in media planning and buying tools and software
  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Data Studio, etc.)
  • Familiarity with UxCam or similar product analysis partners
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution models
  • Solid understanding of target audience demographics and market research techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Strategizing and executing digital campaigns to recruit and activate customers across all stages of the sales funnel (new user acquisition, current user activation, optimizing drop-offs), and achieving overall sales targets.
  • Optimizing campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI) by analyzing data and implementing data-driven strategies.
  • Leading the development and execution of a comprehensive measurement framework to track campaign performance and measure success against KPIs.
  • Develop data-driven performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels (Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Display Advertising, Social Media Advertising, etc.).
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign elements for improved performance (targeting, messaging, creatives).
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging across campaigns.
  • Implement and maintain a robust measurement framework to track campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for optimization.
  • Regularly generate reports to communicate campaign performance to stakeholders, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed to optimize results.
  • Identify and troubleshoot campaign issues to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
