Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software marketing
- Exposure to ERP or supply chain environments
- Proven experience delivering revenue impact through integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, webinars, and events.
- Strong background in account-based marketing strategies and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track pipeline performance and optimize conversion across funnel stages.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed, international environment.
- Creative, collaborative, and results-driven mindset with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
- Additional language skills (French, German, or others) and international experience are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the global customer marketing strategy focused on cross-sell, upsell, retention, and expansion across the installed base.
- Design and run integrated, multi-channel campaigns including email, digital, webinars, and events to drive engagement and pipeline generation.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify expansion opportunities and align on account-level priorities.
- Develop segmentation and targeting strategies based on customer behavior, industry, product usage, and maturity.
- Support and contribute to global customer events and flagship programs, driving participation, registrations, and engagement.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign and pipeline performance, ensuring strong conversion and revenue impact.
- Collaborate with RevOps and Marketing Operations to build dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and improve reporting insights.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and ensure consistent follow-up, opportunity progression, and SLA adherence across marketing-generated leads.
- Work with regional and localization teams to adapt messaging and campaigns for different markets.
