Strong ability to balance creative storytelling with performance-driven, data-informed decision-making.
Experience managing content operations, production workflows, and editorial or media calendars.
Familiarity with digital media ecosystems including SEO, streaming platforms, and multi-format distribution.
Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking content performance and translating insights into strategy.
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments with high levels of autonomy and responsibility.

Architect and execute a unified content strategy across digital, video, editorial, and multi-platform media formats.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary production team, including internal talent and external creative partners.
Oversee flagship content initiatives such as original programming, streaming content, podcasts, and editorial storytelling.
Own production planning, workflows, and calendars to ensure efficient, scalable, and high-quality content delivery.
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and production pipelines to maximize operational efficiency and creative output.
Establish performance frameworks and KPIs to measure engagement, reach, retention, and revenue impact across all content initiatives.
Build reporting systems and dashboards to provide leadership with clear visibility into content performance and ROI.
Integrate emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance content production efficiency and scalability.
