Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a unified content strategy across digital, video, editorial, and multi-platform media formats.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary production team, including internal talent and external creative partners.
- Oversee flagship content initiatives such as original programming, streaming content, podcasts, and editorial storytelling.
- Own production planning, workflows, and calendars to ensure efficient, scalable, and high-quality content delivery.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and production pipelines to maximize operational efficiency and creative output.
- Establish performance frameworks and KPIs to measure engagement, reach, retention, and revenue impact across all content initiatives.
- Build reporting systems and dashboards to provide leadership with clear visibility into content performance and ROI.
- Integrate emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance content production efficiency and scalability.
