Job Details

1–3 years of experience in technical support, systems administration, or working with medical information systems such as RIS, PACS, HIS, or EMR platforms
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and enterprise server environments
Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and system integration in complex IT environments
Familiarity with healthcare imaging workflows and standards such as DICOM and HL7 is highly preferred
Experience with databases such as SQL, DB2, or Oracle is an advantage
Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, Perl, Java, VB, or similar) is a plus for troubleshooting and automation tasks
Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Medical Informatics, or equivalent experience preferred

Provide advanced technical support and act as an escalation point for complex issues related to medical imaging platforms and associated infrastructure
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, networking, and integration issues across RIS, PACS, VNA, and related systems
Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions while ensuring accurate documentation of issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in CRM systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive timely resolution of incidents and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Perform system maintenance activities, including remote upgrades and preventative checks to ensure stability and performance
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal knowledge bases by documenting root causes, solutions, and best practices
