Requirements

Excellent spoken English with a neutral/minimal accent
Natural phone manner — confident, warm, and persuasive
Sales-oriented mindset with a desire to promote and close
Highly organized and able to follow up persistently
Reliable, available during rostered hours including rotating weekends
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Previous experience in a sales, SDR, or customer intake role (Preferred)
Exposure to legal services, personal injury, or professional services environments (Preferred)
Familiarity with CRM tools or practice management software (e.g. ActionStep, NetDocuments or similar) (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Follow up inbound leads promptly via phone, text, and other channels
Qualify prospective clients and gather initial details
Book appointments for lawyers and other team members
Attend client meetings with lawyers
Assist in preparation of relevant initial emails and contracts
Maintain accurate records of lead status and communication history
Meet daily and weekly KPIs for outreach activity and conversion
Maintain availability during rostered hours, including rotating weekend shifts
Assist with basic admin and legal assistant tasks during quieter periods
