- Delivery-Focused Operator
- Systems Builder with Execution Focus
- Built or refined PM systems (tools, workflows, dashboards)
- Strong Communicator & Escalation Manager
- Client-Aware & Outcome-Driven
- Perfect written & spoken English
- Marketing, advertising, or creative agency background
- Proven track record of building PM systems and driving team performance
- Experience with ClickUp, Notion, or similar project management tools
- LATAM or South Africa based (for time zone alignment)
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and manage a team of Project Managers and Senior PMs
- Run regular performance reviews with clear expectations and KPIs
- Ensure every account has a clearly accountable PM with defined timelines and ownership
- Hold PMs accountable for on-time delivery, proactive communication, and timely escalation
- Create and optimize PM systems using ClickUp, Notion, and Airtable
- Manage PM team capacity across all accounts
- Anticipate hiring needs based on pipeline growth and workload demands
- Ensure delivery risks are surfaced early and consistently
- Develop onboarding and training programs for PMs
- Partner closely with Head of Client Services, Account Management, Influencer Marketing, Creative Strategy, Paid Media, and Ops teams
