Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in AI, SaaS, or API sectors.
- Proven track record in social media strategy, content marketing, and driving inbound leads to revenue.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience in persona development and audience-focused messaging.
- Hands-on, motivated, and driven mindset.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, experimental settings with remote work.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO platforms).
- Data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluent English.
- Experience marketing to AI developers, technical audiences, or high-value enterprise clients ($100K+ ARR potential) (Preferred).
- Background in growth marketing, events planning and developer community engagement (Preferred).
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies in competitive tech landscapes (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead global social media channels for B2B audiences, targeting large and medium AI companies.
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms to foster business engagement, drive thought leadership, and convert interactions into subscriptions.
- Build global brand awareness in key markets (USA, Europe) through targeted campaigns, audience research, and persona development.
- Translate market insights into differentiated messaging that highlights the Brave Search API’s value for AI tools.
- Own the website and user journey from first visit to successful subscription, including SEO, content optimization, and conversion path improvements.
- Leverage strong copywriting skills to create compelling content, including blog posts, case studies, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
- Advise Brave executive management on growing their social media profiles, enhancing thought leadership, and aligning personal branding with company goals.
- Drive additional Product Marketing activities such as presentations, events (virtual and in-person), outreach, and integrated campaigns.
- Establish KPIs, track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and optimize strategies based on data insights, market trends, and A/B testing.
- Hire and manage freelancers (e.g., designers, copywriters) as needed.
