Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B field marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation
  • Hands-on experience running in-person and virtual events that directly generated pipeline
  • Comfort managing multiple programs simultaneously
  • Experience working closely with Sales and Partner teams to tie marketing activity to revenue
  • Analytical instinct: measure what matters and cut what doesn't
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Background in DevOps, cloud, developer tools, or enterprise SaaS is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of field events: executive roundtables, ancillary events at industry conferences, webinars, and customer gatherings
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align events to target accounts and regional pipeline priorities
  • Drive registration-to-attendance conversion and ensure tight sales follow-up after every program
  • Build repeatable playbooks so successful programs can scale across regions
  • Work with cloud and technology partners to plan and execute joint events, co-branded campaigns, and MDF-funded programs
  • Create and maintain partner-facing assets: co-branded decks, one-pagers, email templates, and battlecards
  • Coordinate a partner marketing calendar with the Partner team and align with partner sales on pipeline goals
  • Track pipeline sourced, opportunity influence, conversion rates, and ROI across all programs
  • Manage event and partner marketing budget with a focus on efficiency and measurable return
