Responsibilities
- Rework current user interface to make it more intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically appealing
- Ensure software maintains robust complexity while providing seamless and enjoyable user experience
- Conduct thorough user research to understand target audience, their needs, pain points, and preferences
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate new interface concepts and interactions
- Evaluate and analyze the existing UI, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing creative solutions
- Streamline complex workflows, interactions, and information architecture to simplify the overall user experience
- Ensure new design aligns with the company's brand identity, values, and visual guidelines
- Conduct usability testing sessions and gather feedback from users to validate design choices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends, technologies, and best practices
