- CKAD and/or CKA certification(s) is an immense advantage
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in cloud computing, focusing on major platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Be the trusted technical advisor and first point of escalation for your customers, orchestrating resources to drive customer delight
- Lead technical onboarding, ensuring all clusters are connected to Cast AI within 90 days, working closely with DevOps engineers and SREs
- Drive renewals and account expansion in partnership with Account Managers through continuous, proactive value delivery
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews (remote and in-person), showcasing cost savings, automation wins, and new product capabilities
