Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in social media management and paid media buying
  • Strong content creation and video editing skills
  • Advanced understanding of paid social advertising platforms
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution
  • A/B testing and optimisation expertise
  • Budget forecasting and revenue modelling capability
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to balance creativity with performance metrics

Responsibilities

  • Produce short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
  • Develop platform-specific content strategies
  • Write compelling captions, hooks, scripts, and storytelling content
  • Design or collaborate with designers on carousels, graphics, and visual posts
  • Maintain consistent tone of voice and brand identity
  • Stay ahead of social trends and adapt them creatively
  • Optimise content for each platform’s algorithm
  • Respond to comments and DMs in line with brand voice
  • Plan and launch paid campaigns aligned to client business objectives
  • Monitor KPIs daily (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS)
  • Track conversion events, pixels, and attribution
  • Build weekly and monthly performance reports
