Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field
- Interest or experience in design for social media, digital campaigns, or web
- Good understanding of digital formats and social media platforms
- Strong eye for typography, composition, and visual aesthetics
- Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in their craft
- Organized and reliable, with good time management skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Basic knowledge of Figma
- Familiar with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms
- English language skills to collaborate within a global team
Responsibilities
- Design website banners and digital assets aligned with campaigns and promotions
- Create email marketing designs following brand guidelines
- Support the development of creative assets for digital and paid media campaigns
- Design organic social media content
- Adapt and resize assets for different digital formats and platforms
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and growth teams to maintain visual consistency
- Stay up to date with digital design trends, social media content, and beauty visual culture
