- Experience designing assets for social media, paid media, email marketing, and web.
- Excellent eye for typography, composition, aesthetics, and visual craft.
- Strong understanding of digital formats and best practices across platforms.
- Experience working in digital marketing or e-commerce environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
- Highly organized, with strong time management and task follow-up skills.
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficient in Figma.
- English skills to collaborate within a global team.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop digital assets for campaigns, website, email marketing, and social media.
- Create paid media creatives adapted for different formats and platforms.
- Translate creative concepts and art direction into high-quality visual executions.
- Ensure visual consistency across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and growth teams in the development of campaigns and content.
- Propose visual references, inspiration, and design ideas that help elevate the creative work.
- Adapt and optimize creatives for different formats and digital platforms.
- Stay up to date with digital design trends, social media content, and beauty visual culture.
