Requirements
- Recent graduate or early-career professional in Graphic Design or a related field, with up to 2 years of design or production experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CC Libraries).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Understanding of corporate branding, layout principles, typography, and color theory across print and digital platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive design production work with precision.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to take direction well, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning new design techniques and tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple design requests simultaneously.
- Desire to contribute creatively while maintaining alignment with established brand systems.
Responsibilities
- Execute and format corporate marketing materials, ensuring consistency with established brand guidelines.
- Produce print and digital assets including brochures, presentations, flyers, proposals, eblasts, and client-facing materials.
- Support graphic design and marketing studio teams with high-volume production work while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Work on business development materials, RFPs, and property marketing collateral with exceptional attention to detail.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure all graphics requests are handled on time and aligned with brand standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Prepare, organize, and optimize design files for both print and digital delivery.
- Follow through on feedback and apply revisions effectively, ensuring the highest quality in all deliverables.
- Support internal communication materials, events, and promotional campaigns.
