Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
3-5 years of experience in a product owner or product management role
Strong focus on requirements refinement, story definition, and backlog management
Proficiency with agile methodologies
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and make data-informed decisions

Partner with Product Manager, internal stakeholders, and go-to-market teams to gather, document, and validate product requirements.
Transform mid-to-high-level Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) into detailed, low-level PRDs—including edge cases, dependencies, and integration considerations.
Create comprehensive epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria from detailed PRDs; keep all documentation current as requirements evolve.
Own and maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog that aligns with overall product strategy and roadmap commitments.
Run agile ceremonies in partnership with your Technical Program Manager—sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Serve as the primary communication bridge between the development squad and business stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of scope, status, and expectations.
Partner with QA teams to define test cases and acceptance criteria for all user stories.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date product documentation, including release notes, user guides, and functional specifications.
Use data and analytics to measure product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and inform prioritization decisions.
