Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to get things done on time, under pressure, and lead a team by influence
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing AI to streamline Product responsibilities and team workflows
- Experience with Claude strongly preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable presenting to executive leadership
- Experience managing and prioritizing work across multiple stakeholder groups simultaneously
- MSFT MVP experience preferred
- DBA experience preferred
- JAMS experience would be a huge plus
Responsibilities
- Own the entire lifecycle from customer discovery to sprint delivery.
- Responsible for requirement writing, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
- Leverage modern AI and prototyping tools to hand off working software concepts to Engineering.
- Operate with a "get the job done" mentality and meet internal SLAs with speed.
- Provide clear, actionable direction to Engineering to allow them to build immediately.
- Lead the Web Client initiative to achieve wide market adoption.
- Partner with Engineering to oversee the plan for architectural upscaling.
- Maintain a pristine Jira environment, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and free of technical debt.
