Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support or system administration
  • Experience administering macOS environments
  • Experience administering Windows environments
  • Experience with directory services (JumpCloud, Active Directory, Okta, or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Administering user access and permissions, primarily centralized through JumpCloud
  • Supporting user environments, including macOS and Windows systems
  • Troubleshooting IT-related issues and providing end-user support
  • Managing hardware and software asset inventory
  • Administering internal tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
  • Creating and maintaining IT documentation and runbooks
  • Coordinating with vendors for hardware procurement and support
  • Supporting adherence to ISO 27001 standards by ensuring access controls and security measures are in place
  • Conducting periodic access reviews and audit support
  • Assisting in the monitoring and resolution of IT security alerts
  • Enforcing endpoint security policies across the organization
