Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data management, data integration, and business intelligence
- At least 6 years in enterprise architecture roles
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-scale data architectures, including data warehousing and analytics solutions
- Proven experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud) and hybrid data environments
- Hands-on experience with data integration tools such as Fivetran, Talend, Informatica, or similar technologies
- Solid knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake)
- Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, or similar platforms
- Experience with API design (REST, GraphQL) and modern data integration approaches
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver large-scale, data-driven transformation initiatives
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise data integration, data warehousing, and BI solutions aligned with business goals
- Define and promote architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices across data and analytics ecosystems
- Design scalable and high-performance data pipelines and integration frameworks across cloud and on-premise systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data models, governance frameworks, and integration strategies
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions that align with enterprise IT strategies
- Engage with senior stakeholders and executives to communicate architectural vision and support strategic decision-making
- Oversee deployment, adoption, and optimization of data platforms, ensuring performance, scalability, and security
- Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and drive innovation in data architecture and analytics practices
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with data security, governance, and regulatory standards
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance data capabilities
