Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in data management, business intelligence, and integration architecture.
- 6+ years of experience with designing and implementing enterprise data architectures, including data warehousing, integration, and analytics.
- Extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale data solutions.
- Proven expertise in cloud-based data architectures (AWS, Oracle Cloud, Azure) and hybrid solutions.
- Proficiency in at least one data integration or pipelining tool (e.g., Fivetran, Talend, Glue, Nexla, Informatica).
- Solid experience with at least one relational database (Oracle, SQLServer, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake).
- Expertise in BI platforms such as Oracle OBIEE, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Experience with FDI/FAW, ADW Single Sign-On (SSO) integration.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and their integration into enterprise-wide data solutions, preferably NetSuite ERP.
- Hands-on experience designing REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and other integration mechanisms.
- Experience with implementing data governance, data security, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise data solutions.
- Develop and promote the architectural vision for data integration, BI, and analytics.
- Design and build scalable data warehouses and BI solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing data governance frameworks, data models, and integration architectures.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Architect end-to-end data pipelines, integration frameworks, and governance models.
- Provide thought leadership in evaluating emerging technologies.
- Oversee the deployment and adoption of key enterprise data initiatives.
- Engage with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor technical teams.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide guidance on best practices.
- Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and collaborative sessions with clients.
- Contribute to the development of internal frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
