- Strong expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, optimization)
- Advanced Excel skills (large datasets, dashboards, pivoting, automation)
- Strong SQL skills (query writing, optimization)
- Experience with structured healthcare/life sciences datasets (claims, RWE, patient-level data)
- Proven experience in claims, patient & commercial analytics
- Strong understanding of data visualization and storytelling best practices
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience working in stakeholder-driven or client-facing environments
- Ability to work independently and own end-to-end deliverables
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Build scalable, optimized, and user-friendly dashboards
- Develop data models, DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs
- Create advanced Excel-based dashboards and reporting solutions
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) on healthcare datasets
- Analyze patient journeys, LoT, treatment patterns, and support pre-sales requests across agencies
- Work with structured datasets such as IQVIA, Symphony, DRG, McKesson claims
- Write and optimize SQL queries for large datasets
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and validation
- Integrate multiple data sources into BI models
- Translate business requirements into dashboards and insights
- Present insights through dashboards, presentations, and storytelling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytics, HEOR, consulting)
