Strong expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, optimization)
Advanced Excel skills (large datasets, dashboards, pivoting, automation)
Strong SQL skills (query writing, optimization)
Experience with structured healthcare/life sciences datasets (claims, RWE, patient-level data)
Proven experience in claims, patient & commercial analytics
Strong understanding of data visualization and storytelling best practices
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Experience working in stakeholder-driven or client-facing environments
Ability to work independently and own end-to-end deliverables

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
Build scalable, optimized, and user-friendly dashboards
Develop data models, DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs
Create advanced Excel-based dashboards and reporting solutions
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) on healthcare datasets
Analyze patient journeys, LoT, treatment patterns, and support pre-sales requests across agencies
Work with structured datasets such as IQVIA, Symphony, DRG, McKesson claims
Write and optimize SQL queries for large datasets
Ensure data quality, consistency, and validation
Integrate multiple data sources into BI models
Translate business requirements into dashboards and insights
Present insights through dashboards, presentations, and storytelling
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytics, HEOR, consulting)
