  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related B2B environment
  • Previous experience as an SDR or BDR
  • Experience within SaaS or construction technology industries (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Experience using outreach tools for lead management and prospecting
  • Proven ability to conduct outbound prospecting and manage high-volume outreach activities
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong research, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Drive lead generation and pipeline development through proactive outreach and structured qualification processes.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage potential clients and generate interest.
  • Qualify inbound leads and perform discovery calls to assess customer needs and fit.
  • Research target accounts to identify active and upcoming major projects, mapping key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Execute personalized outreach strategies to convert prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Customer Success, and marketing teams to support coordinated growth efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, tracking interactions and pipeline progress.
  • Manage follow-ups and nurture leads through consistent communication and engagement.
  • Meet daily activity targets and performance metrics related to outreach and lead conversion.
