Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related B2B environment
- Previous experience as an SDR or BDR
- Experience within SaaS or construction technology industries (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Experience using CRM systems
- Experience using outreach tools for lead management and prospecting
- Proven ability to conduct outbound prospecting and manage high-volume outreach activities
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Strong research, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities
- Interest in innovative technology solutions and a desire to grow within a sales career path
Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation and pipeline development through proactive outreach and structured qualification processes.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage potential clients and generate interest.
- Qualify inbound leads and perform discovery calls to assess customer needs and fit.
- Research target accounts to identify active and upcoming major projects, mapping key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Execute personalized outreach strategies to convert prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Customer Success, and marketing teams to support coordinated growth efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, tracking interactions and pipeline progress.
- Manage follow-ups and nurture leads through consistent communication and engagement.
- Meet daily activity targets and performance metrics related to outreach and lead conversion.
