Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing, ideally in SaaS.
  • Proven success improving organic search performance and driving SEO-led growth.
  • Strong experience working across the full customer lifecycle, including activation and retention.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4 and ability to independently analyze and act on data insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute end-to-end growth experiments.
  • Strong understanding of CRO, funnel optimization, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Webflow is a plus.
  • Experience in proptech, hospitality, or short-term rental industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end growth funnel, including acquisition, signup, activation, and credit-period retention.
  • Lead SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies to strengthen organic visibility and inbound demand generation.
  • Optimize website performance, landing pages, signup flows, and onboarding journeys through CRO testing.
  • Support paid acquisition strategy in collaboration with external agencies, ensuring messaging consistency and performance alignment.
  • Design, run, and evaluate growth experiments across channels, building a structured experimentation roadmap.
  • Analyze funnel performance using GA4 and other analytics tools to identify drop-offs and optimization opportunities.
  • Improve activation flows and onboarding experiences to increase user engagement and conversion to key milestones.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Revenue teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.
  • Translate data insights into actionable strategies that improve acquisition efficiency and downstream retention.
