Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline
- 5-8 years digital marketing experience
- Preferred experience executing cross-channel plans
- 2-3 years spearheading cross-channel marketing plans at scale and leveraging data in execution
- 2+ years cross-channel account management experience
- Advanced understanding of digital marketing
- Experience in earned media, paid media, owned media, attribution, reporting, optimization
- Experience in data-driven marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics
- Hands-on experience with other first-party reporting platforms (Shopify, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, etc.)
- Campaign leadership skills for end-to-end campaign development (strategy, segmentation, targeting)
- Strong relationship skills
- Strategic consulting skills
- Technical curiosity
- Demonstrated history of excellent written and verbal executive communication
- Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude with good organization, and time management skills

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communication including strategic updates, workflow, and approval updates
- Adhere to outlined scope of work and manage action items to completion, identifying and overcoming roadblocks
- Develop integrated marketing plans that deliver against client marketing and business objectives
- Support the development of cross-channel performance forecasts and media plans
- Leverage data and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify) to identify strategic opportunities and translate learnings into actionable reporting
- Build strong client relationships and establish Power Digital as a trusted partner
- Manage a diverse set of clients totaling up to $200K in monthly recurring revenue
- Facilitate contract renewal strategy, presentation, and proposal development
- Work with Account Director and internal team to identify additional strategies for performance improvement and client expansion
- Help improve and develop account management processes (communication, strategy, reporting, retention, service expansions)
- Participate in account manager training curriculum development, leading sessions, or providing coaching
- Identify and enhance a specialty focus area within the department
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by Client Services department leadership
