Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Growth Strategy, BizOps, FP&A, Strategy & Operations, or Management Consulting
  • Strong experience with forecasting models, scenario planning, and capital allocation frameworks
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar
  • Experience working with CAC/LTV models, ROI analysis, and performance optimization frameworks
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations and actionable business decisions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, drive alignment, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments
  • Experience in consumer tech, marketplaces, subscription, or travel industries is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end Growth planning and operations framework
  • Ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and performance measurement
  • Turn data and assumptions into clear decisions that optimize growth investments across regions and channels
  • Own forecasting, planning, and operating cadence for Growth, including monthly and quarterly business reviews and weekly performance tracking
  • Build and maintain scenario models, pacing frameworks, and planning logic to support decision-making and target setting
  • Analyze performance across regions and channels to identify opportunities for improved ROI, efficiency, and incremental growth
  • Provide strategic recommendations on capital allocation using CAC, LTV, ROI, and incrementality insights
  • Partner closely with Data, Finance, Product, and Growth teams to ensure alignment on targets, assumptions, and business trade-offs
  • Translate analytical outputs into actionable strategies, ensuring insights are operationalized across teams
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and process improvements to enhance speed, clarity, and execution quality across Growth operations
