Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in email and lifecycle marketing, preferably in ecommerce or DTC environments
  • Strong proficiency in Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation, reporting, and template building
  • Ability to write clear, on-brand email copy aligned with premium or lifestyle aesthetics
  • Experience building and optimizing automated lifecycle marketing journeys
  • High attention to detail with strong QA discipline to ensure error-free campaign execution
  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage fast-paced weekly execution cycles
  • Excellent communication skills and reliability in cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end email campaigns in Klaviyo based on internal briefs, including copy drafting, design assembly, scheduling, and QA
  • Build, maintain, and optimize lifecycle flows such as welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase, winback, and VIP journeys
  • Manage segmentation logic, exclusions, and personalization rules to ensure targeted and relevant messaging
  • Maintain campaign calendars and ensure consistent execution aligned with promotional planning
  • Monitor deliverability, list health, and engagement metrics to protect sender reputation and performance
  • Conduct A/B testing across subject lines, content, timing, and offers to continuously improve results
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, learnings, and optimization recommendations
  • Maintain flow architecture, naming conventions, and documentation for clarity and scalability
