Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing or paid media experience
- Deep expertise in paid social channels
- Proven experience building and managing campaigns directly in-platform
- Strong understanding of B2B or SaaS marketing environments
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex performance data and generate actionable insights
- Experience working with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and performance optimization methodologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to proactively share insights and collaborate across teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Familiarity with leveraging AI tools or automation to improve marketing efficiency is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end setup, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn
- Manage in-platform campaign operations including targeting, bidding strategies, budgeting, and creative trafficking
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities across spend, audience segmentation, creative, and landing pages
- Design, execute, and document structured experiments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Ensure accurate budget pacing and operational excellence across all active campaigns
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to provide performance insights and recommendations for campaign improvement
- Support additional performance marketing initiatives across emerging channels such as TikTok, video, or newsletter-based campaigns
