Requirements
- Pursuing MBA or MS in Supply Chain, operations or general management with a program end date in the Spring of 2027.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent, or an analytical field such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Data Science.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills including ability to synthesize findings into a digestible format for various stakeholders.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in finance, data analytics, or operations.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including the ability to build complex models and perform rigorous data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to structure problems, manage multiple tasks, and a high attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution for upcoming hardware product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment across teams.
- Perform financial analysis to identify key drivers of hardware costs and provide data-driven recommendations for margin improvement.
- Analyze Integrated Business Planning process and surface additional opportunities to leverage systems and streamline work.
- Analyze historical data to identify trends in product mix and customer demand to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Develop dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau or Looker) to provide visibility into key KPIs for the planning team.
- Collaborate on special projects within the Operations organization to drive process improvements and automate data workflows.
