Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally combining new business acquisition and account management
- Proven success consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets in complex, high-value deals
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder and consultative sales cycles in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding and practical application of MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies
- Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships across global organizations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex value propositions
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic pipeline management capabilities
- Experience working in distributed, remote-first or global sales teams is highly desirable
- Fluency in English required
- Additional European languages are a plus
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth through proactive outbound prospecting, including cold outreach, networking, and industry events
- Manage and expand strategic enterprise accounts using land-and-expand and multi-threaded relationship strategies
- Lead complex, high-value sales cycles from qualification to close, engaging multiple stakeholders at executive level
- Build and maintain a strong, predictable pipeline using structured methodologies such as MEDDIC
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with product and service delivery
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close sophisticated deals with a consultative, value-driven approach
- Leverage CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong) to track performance, forecast accurately, and maintain pipeline hygiene
- Mentor and support junior sales team members while contributing to broader revenue initiatives
