Own and grow your book of business within the Business Purpose Lending (BPL) space
Serve as a strategic partner to real estate investors and broker partners
Structure deals and help clients scale
Drive originations across investment-focused loan products
Leverage proprietary technology and AI tools to qualify, structure, and close deals efficiently
Partner with operations team to move loans through underwriting and closing
Capitalize on company-supplied leads and own book of business to maximize deal flow and earning potential
