Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales support, or a similar client-facing role
  • Experience working with or selling software (SaaS)
  • Experience within accounting or finance software highly preferred
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Xero
  • Strong understanding of accounting firm processes within the Australian context
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Experience with basic marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Clandestine, and MailChimp
  • Comfortable with outreach, lead generation, and follow-ups
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Willing and able to work Adelaide business hours

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to accounting firms via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos with potential clients
  • Follow up with prospects after demos to maintain engagement and move deals forward
  • Assist with CRM management, keeping records accurate and up to date
  • Provide general administrative and basic support as needed
  • Support basic marketing initiatives (e.g., email campaigns, content updates, or social media tasks)
  • Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies and processes
