Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a communication-based or people-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills
  • An innate ability to build rapport and solid relationships quickly over the phone
  • A coachable mindset with the drive to grow and improve continuously
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other software tools, or a demonstrated ability to learn them quickly
  • The ability to work within multiple time zones across the U.S.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Prior experience in a high-volume phone environment (call center, outbound sales, political canvassing, fundraising) or a fast-paced people-facing role

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective business clients from primarily cold lead sources
  • Qualify leads to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Schedule appointments for the Sales team with qualified prospects
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets
  • Log and manage your outreach in our CRM
  • Actively participate in call calibrations and roleplays to refine scripts, talk tracks, and messaging
  • Stay informed about the company's products and services, as well as industry trends, to communicate effectively with prospects
