Requirements
- Startup Experience
- Proven experience working in early-stage or high-growth tech startups
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong experience with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Notion, Asana, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Agile and sprint methodologies
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and enforce accountability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proactive, execution-focused, and detail-oriented
- Strong ability to identify bottlenecks and adapt workflows independently
Responsibilities
- Set up and optimise project management tools such as Jira, Linear, or Notion
- Build and maintain a centralised source of truth for all workflows and projects
- Drive accountability across teams to ensure timely task completion
- Proactively follow up on delays and remove blockers
- Manage daily standups and weekly sprint cycles
- Anticipate risks and proactively plan to avoid disruptions
- Monitor communication channels and ensure smooth task progression
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Attend team meetings, capture clear action items, and ensure follow-through
- Track and report progress across multiple initiatives
