Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing performance campaigns (Meta and/or Google Ads)
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear communicator and dependable team player
- Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to work independently
- Data-driven with a process-oriented approach to campaign execution
- Comfortable adapting quickly to campaign performance changes
- At least 1 year of agency-side experience (preferred)
- Google Looker Studio experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other similar analytics platforms (preferred)
- Confidence in communicating with clients and presenting insights (preferred)
- Experience with A/B testing tools and campaign tracking implementation (preferred)
- Knowledge of Tag Manager and Search Console (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise daily campaign performance across Meta, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms
- Monitor and track ad campaign budgets daily to ensure pacing and efficiency
- Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights
- Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analysis and reporting focused on campaign results
- Support A/B testing and experimentation strategies
- Collaborate with the Performance Director on campaign strategy
- Communicate performance updates and recommendations to internal teams and clients
- Share insights and best practices with your team
- Suggest improvements and identify opportunities for campaign expansion
- Stay open to learning new platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads)
