Responsibilities
- Design, build, manage, and optimize REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Maintain robust authentication, error handling, and monitoring across all integrations.
- Document integration workflows and enforce best-practice security standards.
- Design and maintain SQL tables, views, stored procedures, and database schemas.
- Optimize query performance and troubleshoot data integrity issues.
- Support analytics, business intelligence, and dashboard reporting needs.
- Build and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Pipelines, and related Azure services.
- Implement ETL/ELT workflows for both internal and external systems.
- Monitor pipeline performance, handle failures, manage alerts, and optimize throughput.
- Ensure data quality, transformation accuracy, and consistent delivery across environments.
- Troubleshoot and support existing code and integrations, including JavaScript and PHP.
- Assist with the maintenance of custom applications and internal automation workflows.
- Perform root-cause analysis across APIs, middleware, pipelines, and databases.
- Identify manual processes and automate them using scripts, APIs, and Azure services.
- Maintain CI/CD processes for integrations and scripts via Azure Pipelines.
- Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and operational runbooks to ensure reliability.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Leadership teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
