Requirements
- Proven sales experience in a SaaS environment
- Experience in Fraud, Identity Verification, or related technology sectors
- Proven track record of new business development
- Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong experience in managing the entire sales process
- Experience with enterprise-level customers
- Demonstrated ability to build and grow a sales pipeline
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to quickly learn and understand GBG’s identity and fraud prevention solutions
- Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams, including Product and Marketing
- A results-driven, customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce)
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new prospective clients to introduce GBG’s identity verification and fraud prevention solutions
- Sell additional products and services to a portfolio of named existing customers
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Understand and effectively navigate the sales process, from initial outreach through to contract negotiations and closing
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product and Marketing, to ensure alignment with client needs and market trends
- Stay informed on industry trends and maintain knowledge of GBG’s solutions to position them effectively to potential clients
