Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or market research
- Experience ideally within a SaaS or data-driven environment
- Strong ability to "storytell" with data
- Comfort navigating complex dashboards and translating numbers into business strategies
- Passion for data-driven insights, client satisfaction, and proactive problem solving
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with both end-users and mid-level management
- Experience with CRM systems, e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Execute client success research assignments for a dedicated book of business
- Maintain individual account plans that align client business goals with CivicScience data solutions
- Support the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients
- Design and implement research based on client articulation of business problems/goals
- Develop "power user" proficiency in the InsightStore and data delivery platforms
- Proactively pull data, conduct analysis, and build client-ready reports or presentations
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, collaborating across teams
- Support the renewal cycle for assigned accounts
- Leverage market research expertise to identify gaps and pitch additional research products or cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews to present usage data and feedback
- Collect, analyze, and communicate systematic client feedback to drive continuous platform improvement
- Contribute to the development of departmental strategies, playbooks, and KPIs
