Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong background in performance marketing, preferably within eCommerce and/or SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns, optimizing performance, and improving conversion tracking.
- Experience with Google Merchant Center.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with GA4.
- Experience with Shopify.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable optimizations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Self-driven professional with strong ownership, accountability, and proactive execution.
- Bonus: experience with Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, or automation tools such as Zapier or Make.com.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and scale Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with significant monthly budgets, ensuring strong full-funnel performance.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through data analysis, identifying actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop, test, and refine ad concepts and campaign execution.
- Contribute to ad copywriting and support creative testing strategies to improve engagement and performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics and dashboards.
- Stay up to date with paid media trends, platform updates, and automation opportunities to enhance campaign efficiency.
- Support cross-channel expansion efforts, including exposure to Amazon Ads and other emerging platforms.
