Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience
  • 5+ years managing Google Ads and/or Amazon Ads at scale
  • Proven track record improving conversion rates, lowering CPA, and scaling profitable campaigns
  • Strong analytical background
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Klaviyo, and feed tools
  • Experience with A/B tests and CRO
  • Able to guide creative direction
  • 8 years Marketing management experience
  • 8 years Project management experience
  • 5 years Data analytics experience
  • Ability to drive work independently
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to think critically and to solve problems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable with being adaptable to a quickly changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
  • Strengthen Amazon PDPs (SEO, bullets, imagery, pricing, variations)
  • Participate in strategy + execution for Amazon Advertising (SP, SB, SD campaigns), bid optimization, keyword harvesting, and catalog troubleshooting
  • Conduct structured A/B testing across landing pages, ads, and Amazon listings
  • Manage Google Ads (PMax, Search, Shopping) including feed optimization, query filtering, and creative testing
  • Identify and monitor KPIs in order to take proactive action and improve performance
  • Work with CRO & UX resources to improve conversion through messaging and page flow
  • Identify scalability opportunities and new audiences
  • Guide creative strategy for performance-driven ad concepts
  • Work with customer retention team on subscription plans and execution
  • Identify threats (competition, rising CPCs, listing issues) and propose solutions
