- 7–10+ years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience
- 5+ years managing Google Ads and/or Amazon Ads at scale
- Proven track record improving conversion rates, lowering CPA, and scaling profitable campaigns
- Strong analytical background
- Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Klaviyo, and feed tools
- Experience with A/B tests and CRO
- Able to guide creative direction
- 8 years Marketing management experience
- 8 years Project management experience
- 5 years Data analytics experience
- Ability to drive work independently
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to think critically and to solve problems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable with being adaptable to a quickly changing environment
Responsibilities
- Manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
- Strengthen Amazon PDPs (SEO, bullets, imagery, pricing, variations)
- Participate in strategy + execution for Amazon Advertising (SP, SB, SD campaigns), bid optimization, keyword harvesting, and catalog troubleshooting
- Conduct structured A/B testing across landing pages, ads, and Amazon listings
- Manage Google Ads (PMax, Search, Shopping) including feed optimization, query filtering, and creative testing
- Identify and monitor KPIs in order to take proactive action and improve performance
- Work with CRO & UX resources to improve conversion through messaging and page flow
- Identify scalability opportunities and new audiences
- Guide creative strategy for performance-driven ad concepts
- Work with customer retention team on subscription plans and execution
- Identify threats (competition, rising CPCs, listing issues) and propose solutions
