Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or diagnostics
- Strong skills in budget control, resource management, timeline tracking, risk management, and project reporting
- Familiarity with IT systems, cloud-based solutions, software development lifecycles, and integration patterns
- Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies
- Experience with traditional project management approaches
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and manage resource allocation effectively.
- Identify risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance processes.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Report project status, progress, and key metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Support agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization, where applicable.
