- 10+ years experience selling enterprise software
- Recent experience selling to US Military, SaaS or IT
- Self-starter / able to work independently
- Contributing member of a team
- Successful in finding and uncovering new opportunities with prospects and existing customers
- Consultative sales experience
- Ability to challenge customers to think differently
- Own and manage the entire sales process and cycle from prospecting to invoicing
- Proven track record of exceeding goals and quota
- Consistent track record of success in consultative sales environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Logical and analytical thinker
- Demonstrated negotiation skills
- Strong technical aptitude
- Strong computer skills – Word, Excel, and Salesforce/CRM systems

Responsibilities
- Expand and grow customers in military departments
- Connect customers with UiPath Enterprise Automation Platform to solve problems and create efficiencies
- Demonstrate significant Return on Investment (ROI) of solutions
- Develop relationships and drive sales motion at executive levels within client accounts
- Perform outbound prospecting (Hunting)/Lead generation
- Manage accounts by building and fostering client relationships
- Accurately forecast opportunities based upon realistic assessments
- Maintain Salesforce hygiene
- Meet/exceed assigned revenue goals
- Partner with other members of the GTM team including sales engineers, developers, customer success, and partner managers
