  • 10+ years experience selling enterprise software
  • Recent experience selling to US Military, SaaS or IT
  • Self-starter / able to work independently
  • Contributing member of a team
  • Successful in finding and uncovering new opportunities with prospects and existing customers
  • Consultative sales experience
  • Ability to challenge customers to think differently
  • Own and manage the entire sales process and cycle from prospecting to invoicing
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and quota
  • Consistent track record of success in consultative sales environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Logical and analytical thinker
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Strong computer skills – Word, Excel, and Salesforce/CRM systems

Responsibilities

  • Expand and grow customers in military departments
  • Connect customers with UiPath Enterprise Automation Platform to solve problems and create efficiencies
  • Demonstrate significant Return on Investment (ROI) of solutions
  • Develop relationships and drive sales motion at executive levels within client accounts
  • Perform outbound prospecting (Hunting)/Lead generation
  • Manage accounts by building and fostering client relationships
  • Accurately forecast opportunities based upon realistic assessments
  • Maintain Salesforce hygiene
  • Meet/exceed assigned revenue goals
  • Partner with other members of the GTM team including sales engineers, developers, customer success, and partner managers
