Responsibilities
- Translate complex workflows into streamlined technical solutions
- Design and implement internal tools, automations, and AI agents using low-code tools (Zapier) and scripting (Python/JS)
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot API connections between internal software stack
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation
- Creatively leverage and stretch current tech stack to build solutions without additional budget or new software purchases
- Launch tools quickly, gather user feedback from internal stakeholders, and continuously refine solutions
