Requirements

  • 10+ years of project management experience within the AV or display technology industry
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex, large-scale LED display deployments
  • Strong understanding of multidisciplinary project environments including: Structural systems, Electrical infrastructure, Mechanical integration, LED display technology, Media playback and control systems
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and project tracking tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively coordinate across cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Willingness to travel regularly to project sites, domestic and international up to 30%
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Experience working with large, complex LED installations
  • Experience coordinating with general contractors and construction teams
  • PMP certification or similar project management credential
  • Experience with 3D model coordination (Revit) and 2D drafting programs (AutoCAD)

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale strategic LED projects from pre-sales and proposal development through project kickoff, delivery, and final completion
  • Coordinate across multiple internal and external technical disciplines including: Structural mounting systems, Electrical power distribution, Mechanical integration, LED display systems, Media playback systems
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and clients
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, operations, logistics, and installation teams
  • Track and manage project milestones, procurement schedules, and installation timelines
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear reporting to leadership
  • Support site coordination during installation and commissioning phases
  • Manage documentation including project plans, schedules, change orders, and commissioning reports
  • Travel to job sites as required to support project execution and stakeholder coordination
