Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience within the AV or display technology industry
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex, large-scale LED display deployments
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary project environments including: Structural systems, Electrical infrastructure, Mechanical integration, LED display technology, Media playback and control systems
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and project tracking tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively coordinate across cross-functional teams and external partners
- Willingness to travel regularly to project sites, domestic and international up to 30%
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Experience working with large, complex LED installations
- Experience coordinating with general contractors and construction teams
- PMP certification or similar project management credential
- Experience with 3D model coordination (Revit) and 2D drafting programs (AutoCAD)
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale strategic LED projects from pre-sales and proposal development through project kickoff, delivery, and final completion
- Coordinate across multiple internal and external technical disciplines including: Structural mounting systems, Electrical power distribution, Mechanical integration, LED display systems, Media playback systems
- Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and clients
- Coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, operations, logistics, and installation teams
- Track and manage project milestones, procurement schedules, and installation timelines
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear reporting to leadership
- Support site coordination during installation and commissioning phases
- Manage documentation including project plans, schedules, change orders, and commissioning reports
- Travel to job sites as required to support project execution and stakeholder coordination
