Requirements
- Strong backend engineering experience with TypeScript / Node.js
- Experience working with PostgreSQL and Redis
- Proven experience refactoring and maintaining existing production systems
- Experience with on-prem and cloud deployments
- Ability to work independently and identify what needs to be done
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in platform or enablement teams
- Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipeline and deployment experience
- Interest in developer experience and internal tooling
Responsibilities
- Design, refactor, and evolve core platform components
- Drive architectural improvements to reduce technical debt and improve scalability and stability
- Own platform initiatives from problem definition to delivery
- Improve build, deployment, and operational workflows
- Collaborate closely with Product to translate business goals into technical roadmap items
- Mentor and support other engineers through technical leadership and clear communication
