Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (SMB/Mid-Market, U.S. or Canada)
  • Proven track record selling SaaS, subscription services, AI, or outsourcing to executive-level buyers
  • Thrived in high-volume inbound environments
  • Consultative, relationship-first sales style
  • Able to drive urgency, uncover pain, and position value across multiple stakeholders
  • Hungry, gritty, coachable, self-accountable mindset
  • Thrives in a fast-changing startup environment
  • Mature, proactive, curious, and a driver of team momentum
  • Strong with HubSpot
  • Strong with AI tools
  • Strong with modern sales platforms
  • Can consistently work in Eastern Time
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload)
  • Professional headset for clear client communication
  • Quiet, distraction-free work environment

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from inbound discovery to follow-up, closing, and successful onboarding
  • Run 15+ discovery calls per week with C-level and Director-level prospects
  • Know when to position which Magic product by becoming a true product expert
  • Treat every lead like a win waiting to happen by working ’not now’ leads
  • Work every deal to completion and don’t let momentum die
  • Own your pipeline like a pro while keeping HubSpot clean
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Ops Teams
  • Share what’s working and learn what’s not
  • Continuously learn and improve
  • Stay consistent, stay hungry
