Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in Account Executive, Closing Sales, or B2B Sales roles
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong experience in SaaS or high-ticket B2B sales
- Demonstrated ability to manage long and complex sales cycles
- Exceptional negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working remotely with global teams (US/UK clients preferred)
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and tailored sales presentations
- Build strong relationships with prospects and key decision-makers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to successfully close deals
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM tools
- Collaborate with SDRs to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer insights
