Requirements
- 1+ year in creator/influencer, affiliate, or social-commerce marketing
- Deep grasp of TikTok content mechanics
- Understanding of e-commerce KPIs (CTR, CVR, AOV)
- Exceptional written English and communication skills
- Comfort with Slack
- Comfort with ClickUp
- Comfort with Notion
- Comfort with Google Sheets
- Self-managed remote work with reliable overlap during UK hours
- Direct TikTok Shop experience (nice-to-have)
- Copywriting or basic video-editing skills (nice-to-have)
- Beauty, fashion, or lifestyle DTC background (nice-to-have)
Responsibilities
- Own the entire creator ecosystem—recruitment, content direction, performance optimisation
- Sign and brief 20+ high-potential creators for each brand in your first 90 days
- Build a 30-creator roster with <10 % churn and ≥3 % video CVR by month 6
- Drive $250k/month in attributable sales by month 12
- Scout, vet, and sign creators who fit each brand’s voice and margin goals
- Write concise briefs that turn hooks and offers into high-converting videos
- Review weekly performance, deliver clear feedback, and scale winning content
- Surface emerging TikTok trends and feed ideas to creators and ads teams
- Own contracts, payments, and creator accountability
- Capture and systemise learnings into a reusable playbook
