Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect
- Strong hands-on experience in ITSM
- Strong hands-on experience in ITFN (IT Financial Management)
- Strong hands-on experience in ITON (IT Operations Management)
- Proven experience in designing enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture
- Strong understanding of integrations, workflows, and platform capabilities
- Total Experience: 10+ Years
- Relevant ServiceNow experience with architecture exposure
- Experience in Presales / Solutioning (preferred)
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or Architect-level preferred)
- Client-facing experience and stakeholder management (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and upgrades
- Work on ITFN (IT Financial Management) and ITON (IT Operations Management) modules
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership to development and implementation teams
- Ensure best practices, governance, and performance optimization
- Participate in client discussions and solution design (Presales involvement preferred)
